E-Commerce Customer Service Representative
Confidential company is a New Jersey e-commerce restaurant equipment distributor, and they are seeking multiple Customer Service representatives. The role requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with responsibilities including managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and utilizing various technology platforms.

Excellent problem solving skills is a must
Must be comfortable working with technology, moving between various ERP and inventory systems
Common tasks will be checking stock for stock requests, taking and placing orders by phone or email, updating buyers on order status

Comfortable working with technology
Moving between various ERP and inventory systems
Excellent professional demeanor both in phone and in person
Checking stock for stock requests

Updating buyers on order status
Comfortable with Mac OS
Google sheets / Excel
Customer Service: 1 year
Preferred
E-commerce experience
Experience with Quickbooks
E-commerce platforms such as Magento or Shopify
Bi-lingual English/ Spanish or English / Chinese
High school or equivalent
