Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response procedures at a financial institution location
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and to identify security-related concerns
Monitor access points and common areas, check doors and restricted areas, and verify credentials and/or visitor authorization per site procedures
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, de-escalating when appropriate and requesting assistance from management and/or public responders as needed
Document and report incidents, observations, and patrol activity using required logs and reporting systems, and communicate status updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
Qualification
Required
Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish
Be 21+ years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Preferred
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred
CPR certification is preferred
Customer service experience is preferred
