IT Asset Management Analyst / Process Consultant
Link Technologies is a Las Vegas based IT consulting firm, currently seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst / Process Consultant to join their team. The role involves auditing IT asset lifecycles, analyzing data, developing policies, and providing strategic reporting to enhance asset management processes.

Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Optimization: Must have experience auditing existing IT asset lifecycles (procurement to disposal) and identifying gaps in data integrity, compliance, and efficiency
Data Analysis & Reconciliation: Proven ability to analyze large, complex inventory datasets
Policy Development: Experience drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and governance policies for hardware and software tracking in an enterprise environment
Systems Experience: Familiarity with enterprise ITSM/ITAM tools to evaluate current system configuration and usage
Strategic Reporting: Ability to synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and executive-level presentations (e.g., “State of the Assets” reports, gap analysis, and improvement roadmaps)
Consultative Approach: Strong communication skills with the ability to interview stakeholders, gather requirements, and act as a subject matter expert to support department leadership
