Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the systems engineering product backlog for visual systems
Translate stakeholder needs and program objectives into clear user stories and system requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (software, hardware, test, safety) to ensure integrated solutions
Maintain traceability between requirements, implementations, verification artifacts, and certification evidence
Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, representing systems priorities
Support Product Managers in decomposing system capabilities into manageable work packages

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent
3+ years of experience operating in an Agile work environment
Experience decomposing high-level work packages into stories, defining work, and identifying dependencies
Experience with engineering projects leveraging computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, network engineering, and/or cybersecurity
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
