Responsibilities

Establish network and relationships within the Consumer/Retail segment with a proven ability to open doors and close deals
Strong understanding of Consumer/Retail technology value chain
Experience working with CXOs is highly preferred. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and drive business growth
Proven Experience in account and customer relationship management
Should be proficient in written and verbal communication
Should be capable of presenting proposals, offerings, solutions to customers
Should have good problem-solving skills and should be an excellent team player
Passion to build/nurture relationships with the clients
Zeal to grow the business with never to die attitude
Knack of identifying opportunities while meeting/speaking with the clients
Think out of the box to navigate complex and muddy situations

Required

Establish network and relationships within the Consumer/Retail segment with a proven ability to open doors and close deals
Strong understanding of Consumer/Retail technology value chain
Experience working with CXOs is highly preferred
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and drive business growth
Bachelor of Engineering / Computer Science Engineering
MBA is an added advantage
15-20 years of Industry experience with at least 10 years in sales / account management roles in the IT / Product engineering services organizations
Experience in working with 'C' level/Sr Executive level contacts in these accounts
Good understanding of the Consumer/Retail sector
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and technology in areas like Software, Cloud, Data engineering, Analytics, AI/ML etc
Should have prior experience of selling digital engineering services and delivering to quotas
Proven Experience in account and customer relationship management
Should be proficient in written and verbal communication
Should be capable of presenting proposals, offerings, solutions to customers
Should have good problem-solving skills and should be an excellent team player
Passion to build/nurture relationships with the clients
Zeal to grow the business with never to die attitude
Knack of identifying opportunities while meeting/speaking with the clients
