Responsibilities

Provide expert support to the Finance OTC user community on SAP and process‑related inquiries
Prioritize and resolve issues within established timelines
Ensure consistent adoption of global OTC standards and best practices
Collect, analyze, and document business requirements
Collaborate with business teams and IT to design and validate solutions
Communicate and train end users to support solution adoption
Act as a subject matter expert in OTC Finance for system enhancements and SAP implementation projects
Maintain customer, material, and warranty master data within SAP and legacy systems
Set up and maintain product tables supporting revenue cycle flows and reporting
Ensure system configuration supports correct end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes

Qualification

SAPFinance Order-to-CashAnalytical skillsMicrosoft ExcelCommunication skillsCollaboration

Required

Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance Order‑to‑Cash processes
Experience with SAP (strongly preferred)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and SharePoint

Preferred

Experience in cross‑functional, complex, and global environments
Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business users
A collaborative, customer‑service‑oriented mindset
Interest in working with a global team
