Responsibilities
Lead Complex Engagements: Direct market-leading clients through critical financial events, including M&A, divestitures, IPOs, and debt restructurings
Technical Mastery: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on US GAAP, SEC reporting, and complex areas such as revenue recognition and stock-based compensation
Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between client senior management, auditors, and investors, ensuring seamless project delivery
Business Development: Manage existing client relationships and leverage your network to identify and pursue new commercial opportunities
Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and develop a team of talented staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence
Qualification
Required
5 + years of experience in public accounting, auditing, or accounting advisory
CPA required
Deep Technical Expertise: You possess expert knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Commercial Acumen: You have an entrepreneurial spirit, a drive to build business, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority engagements simultaneously
A Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment that values integrity and puts the client first
Preferred
Big Four background is highly preferred
MBA is a plus
