Business Development Representative
Tutti Quanti, LLC is a well-established showroom and supplier of vanities, tubs, and bath fixtures serving residential builders, designers, and homeowners. They are seeking a New Business Development Representative who can qualify trade professionals, overcome objections, and drive new business through targeted outreach and follow-up.
Responsibilities
Proactively engage with a steady volume of outbound calls and follow-up activity, focusing on Builder Program applicants and prospective trade partners
Identify, qualify, pitch and close Builder Program applicants and other trade professionals, converting qualified targets into consistent repeat buyers
Create a tailored experience for accounts by preparing quotes, proposals, product groupings and simple custom catalogs as needed
Track conversations, open quotes, sales activity and pipeline in the ERP system and Excel to stay organized and show clear progress
Partner closely with the inside sales team to ensure smooth handoffs, strong follow through and consistent service for shared customers
Over time, expand beyond your initial book to identify new opportunities and relationships that grow revenue and influence
Ramp toward meaningful monthly sales contribution, with success measured by revenue growth and conversion from applicant to active buyer
Qualification
Required
Proven decorative plumbing sales experience in a showroom, distributor or manufacturer setting, with comfort around brands such as Delta, Brizo, Kohler and Toto is a non-negotiable
A true salesperson mindset: confident on the phone, skilled at asking questions, overcoming objections and closing business
Relationship driven with purpose: you connect easily with builders and designers but keep the end goal in mind, not just conversation
Organized and accountable, with experience using an ERP or CRM and Excel to manage a large book without dropping details
Self-directed learner who can walk the showroom, study materials and ask questions rather than waiting to be spoon fed
Motivated by growth, ownership and impact, with interest in helping shape a program and potentially influence team expansion over time
