ServiceNow Business Analyst (Bilingual – Portuguese & English)

Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted business process liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the ServiceNow life cycle
Lead requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, and translation of business needs into actionable ServiceNow enhancements
Support discovery sessions, workshops, and gap analyses, with well-structured deliverables (agendas, process flows, user stories, user acceptance criteria, etc.)
Drive ServiceNow CMDB / APM processes, establishing standardized approaches to data governance and configuration management practices
Support M&A-related integrations (Brazil acquisitions) advise on best-practice alignment within ServiceNow
Assist with Event Management planning, backlog preparation, and operational readiness as demand accelerates
Provide clear communication and reporting for leadership, including heat maps of resource coverage by skillset, region, and language
Support coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect verification, and solution deployment readiness
Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Fluent Portuguese and English (written and verbal) — essential for effective cross-region communication
Minimum 3+ years of Enterprise ServiceNow experience with exposure to CMDB/APM and at least one other ServiceNow module
Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large IT service delivery programs
Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Ability to articulate business needs, translate into scalable system solutions, and influence without direct authority
Preferred
Prior experience in M&A or integration projects involving ServiceNow
Understanding of ITOM modules and Event-Based Management workflows
Experience with multinational delivery models, distributed teams, and cross-time-zone collaboration
