Responsibilities

Support the Power and Interconnection team throughout early project development and into execution
Lead multiple renewable energy projects, primarily wind, with occasional solar battery storage support
Deliver project budgets and ensure alignment with company and regulatory requirements
Engage with utilities, engineers, and construction teams to drive project timelines
Serve as a technical lead on interconnection studies, approvals, and negotiations
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and across different ISO regions in North America

Required

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, including wind, solar, or battery storage projects
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant field)
Strong technical expertise in renewable energy systems, high-voltage equipment, and interconnection standards
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team player with a collaborative mindset
Broad North American experience with familiarity across multiple ISOs
