Responsibilities
Design and produce brand-aligned creative assets across print and digital platforms
Execute design work for packaging, labels, brand collateral, advertisements, catalogs, signage, merchandising, web assets, email campaigns, social media, and trade show materials
Develop mockups, layouts, and final artwork based on creative briefs and established brand guidelines
Ensure consistent application of typography, color, imagery, and layout across all deliverables
Edit and optimize photography assets for print and digital use, including retouching and color correction
Assist with basic product photography and internal content capture as needed
Edit and produce short-form video and motion assets for marketing, web, and social channels
Support the coordination of photoshoots and video production with internal teams and external vendors
Prepare print- and digital-ready files following production and prepress best practices
Proof and review artwork and production files to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance
Ensure all approved copy, claims, and design standards are followed precisely
Maintain organized asset libraries and version control
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Operations teams
Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, agencies, and developers
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Communicate proactively regarding timelines, revisions, and project status
Qualification
Required
Experience with professional design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign (no single tool is required)
Comfortable working across print, digital, packaging, and basic video formats
Strong attention to detail, organization, and execution quality
