Title Processor
National Integrity Title Agency is a privately-owned title insurance agency serving the commercial and residential real estate markets. The Title Processor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing title documents, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards, and supporting the settlement process.
Responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing title documents
Ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards
Supporting the settlement process
Coordinating with clients, notaries, and escrow officers to facilitate smooth transactions
Verifying property information
Managing data entry
Addressing client inquiries professionally and promptly
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
Experience or certification in Notary services and knowledge of Escrow processes for seamless title and settlement procedures
Basic understanding of Accounting principles to handle financial aspects of transactions accurately
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with title insurance industry standards and regulatory requirements is a plus
Proficiency in relevant software and technology, including title settlement processing systems, is an advantage
