Responsibilities
Build KPI frameworks and executive-ready dashboards that make supplier and sourcing performance visible and actionable
Develop supplier scorecards that create consistency for supplier business reviews and drive shared accountability for results
Lead spend and market analysis—connecting trends, cost drivers, and forward-looking insights to inform category strategies
Publish clear, concise commodity briefs that equip buyers and sourcing managers for negotiations
Track contracts and claims, monitor renewal timelines, and highlight root-cause insights that improve procurement processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Data/Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or similar + ~3 years relevant experience; or ~6 years experience without a degree
Experience partnering directly with Procurement teams in a food/ingredients company or general manufacturing environment
Strong analytical capability, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to procurement stakeholders
A proactive, curious problem-solver who thrives in a builder environment and turns complex data into practical actions for sourcing and supplier management
Preferred
Exposure to food/ingredients or regulated, quality-intensive settings is a plus
