Office Manager

Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression
Answer phone calls, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations
Accounts receivable invoicing, billing, posting, resolution and customer service
Accept incoming deliveries and handle outgoing packages
Make outgoing phone calls to vendors and subcontractors as needed
Occasionally run errands such as picking up or dropping off documents

Comfortable with sending professional emails in Outlook
Ability to navigate Word, Excel, and Adobe
