Psychology Intern-MSH-Adolescent Health Center-FT-Days

Responsibilities

Conducts intake evaluations
Provides individual, group and family therapy
Provides parental counseling
Provides supervision of psychology externs
Attends didactic classes/seminars for trainees
Conducts psychologist testing
Writes psychological reports
Provides case management services
Prepares clinical notes and correspondent
Maintains accurate, up-to-date clinical charts
Participates in team meetings

Qualification

Master’s degree in psychologyClinical experienceIntake evaluationsTherapyCounselingTeam collaboration

Required

Master's degree and doctoral level training in clinical or school psychology
2 - 3 years of part-time predoctoral clinical experience in a hospital setting
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, based on physical, psychosocial, educational, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served in assigned area
