Responsibilities
Scheduled and unscheduled field service visits to various customer mill locations
Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of REPCO feeder system equipment
Provides exceptional customer service
Supports overall maintenance/installation operations to uphold the quality standards of REPCO products
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Installation, Maintenance, and Repair of mechanical and technical systems
Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving for equipment and machinery
Experience in Field Service, including on-site technical support and servicing equipment
Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and communication
Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and CAD software
Strong mechanical aptitude
Working knowledge of hand tools, electronic, electrical, and mechanical industrial equipment
Understanding process controls such as pressure, flow, levels, and speed
Must be able to safely operate a forklift and successfully pass forklift certification training
Must have excellent professionalism when communicating with customers, contractors, and suppliers
Must pass respirator physical and be fit tested for a respirator
Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
Approximately 75% travel
Preferred
Relevant vocational training, certifications, or professional experience in industrial maintenance is a plus
Programmable logic control (PLC) writing and troubleshooting is a plus
