Resolve user-reported issues, analyze root causes, and recommend effective solutions

Maintain strong functional understanding of Payroll, AP, GL, and Expense modules

Clearly communicate issues and technical details to developers for fixes and enhancements

Support business users by translating functional processes into system solutions

Perform issue triage, testing, validation, and documentation of resolutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations and user satisfaction
