Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building strong, trust-based relationships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the account, including upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions
Develop account growth strategies aligned with client priorities and UST’s capabilities
Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and strategic planning efforts
Monitor market trends and client needs to proactively recommend innovative solutions
Oversee the successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, and operations to ensure seamless execution
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing timely resolution and escalation as needed
Ensure compliance with client governance, reporting, and performance metrics
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across delivery teams

Required

Experience with client account management responsibilities for $10M+ revenue
At least 15 years combined experience technical or delivery roles and at least 5 years client revenue growth/business development
Proven experience in client relationship management and business development experience for an IT Consulting/Services experience
Strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Ability to manage large-scale, complex engagements across multiple workstreams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving account growth and client satisfaction
Experience with digital transformation and working with off-shore teams
Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience

Preferred

Master's degree or MBA
Cloud, AI/ML, and managed services is a plus
Experience working for or providing projects to Retail/CPG vertical
