Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to plant leadership, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications
Maintain accurate plant records, documentation, reports, and filing systems
Support data entry, production metrics tracking, and preparation of presentations or operational documents
Assist with employee onboarding, training logistics, and internal communications
Coordinate visitor access, mail distribution, and general office workflows
Manage office supply inventory and maintain organized administrative areas
Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and distribute follow-up materials
Assist with compliance documentation, audits, and process tracking
Support additional administrative duties and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required, associate degree preferred
A minimum of two years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Positive, team-oriented attitude and professionalism in all interactions
Preferred
Associate degree preferred
