Treasury Manager

Responsibilities
Monitor daily liquidity, prepare cash flow forecasts, and ensure sufficient working capital
Develop strategies for excess cash and evaluate investment options to maximize returns
Identify and mitigate risks tied to market conditions, interest rates, and currency fluctuations
Manage partnerships with financial institutions and ensure compliance with banking policies
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable to maintain strong NWC performance
Partner with departments on budgeting, forecasting, and alignment with corporate financial goals
Manage and mentor treasury/finance staff to drive performance and development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
5+ years in treasury, finance, or accounting with supervisory experience
Strong analytical skills, communication, organization, and leadership abilities
Proficiency with financial systems and analytical tools
Preferred
MBA/CPA
CTP certification is a plus
