Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of facade and roofing projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety standards as well as rigging
Oversee subcontractor management, and material sourcing with precision and transparency
Utilize construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam for document
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately to guide project execution and ensure compliance with design specifications
Manage project teams on-site by coordinating activities, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a safe work environment with extensive construction site experience
Monitor project progress through regular site visits; conduct quality inspections; ensure work is done as per drawings and specifications
Able to go onto swing scaffolds, pipe and any scaffolds to view work and assist engineer with inspections . Have a valid NYC DOB approved Scaffold training license
Have a Valid NYS Drivers license
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years experience in Facade, Roofing and FISP Projects
Familiar with NYC DOB Codes, rules and regulations pertaining to scaffolding, sidewalk shed and all phases of rigging and exterior restoration
Utilize construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam for document management
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately to guide project execution and ensure compliance with design specifications
Manage project teams on-site by coordinating activities, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a safe work environment with extensive construction site experience
Monitor project progress through regular site visits; conduct quality inspections; ensure work is done as per drawings and specifications

Proven track record as a Project Manager in the facade & roofing sector with a minimum of 5 years experience in Facade Roofing, FISP & Waterproofing

Preparation of project submittals
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict time management discipline
