Responsibilities
Designing and executing comprehensive literature searches in major databases such as PubMed, Embase, and other relevant sources in response to scientific queries from internal colleagues
Critically evaluate search results
Extract relevant data
Synthesize findings into clear, concise evidence summaries and reports that directly address stakeholder questions
Maintaining search documentation and methodology records to ensure reproducibility
Staying current with database search techniques and medical terminology
Collaborating with the scientific information team to refine search strategies and presentation formats
Qualification
Required
Must be a current student enrolled or recently graduated (graduation date no earlier than May 2026) at/from an accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor's degree
Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Preferred
A completed or in progress graduate degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related discipline preferred
