Customer Service Manager
TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead their onsite customer service team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and performance standards
Handle escalated or complex customer inquiries and complaints with timely, effective resolutions
Monitor, analyze, and report on customer service metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Oversee daily customer service operations within the warehouse, including efficient order processing and delivery coordination
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize workflows using Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Identify and implement process enhancements to drive higher efficiency and better customer outcomes
Recruit, train, coach, and mentor customer service staff, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development guidance
Ensure the team meets or exceeds service-level goals
Utilize the WMS to manage orders, inventory, and shipment data
Ensure team proficiency in the WMS through training and support
Monitor system functionality and work with the office manager to troubleshoot technical issues
Partner closely with office, operations, and transportation teams to ensure seamless communication and operational execution
Engage directly with external customers to resolve service issues and coordinate logistics
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and understand their needs and expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
5+ years of customer service management experience, ideally in logistics or supply chain
Hands-on experience with the Camelot WMS or similar warehouse management systems
Strong leadership abilities with proven team management experience
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
