Responsibilities
Handle equipment setup and signage deployment

Oversee overnight vehicles and coordinate towing with contracted vendors
Utilize handheld devices and computer technology for reporting and operations
Deliver exceptional customer service regarding parking policies and building locations
Support maintenance staff with facility upkeep and equipment care
Operate trailers and pressure washers for extended services scheduled
Perform vehicle cleaning and stock supplies as required
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid DMV driver's license
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Physical ability to lift approximately 50 lbs
Competency in driving both standard and automatic transmissions
Professional demeanor and clean appearance
Preferred
High School diploma and one year of related experience preferred
