Responsibilities
Lead the upgrading of the Worksoft application, including the management of batches and patches
Identify and resolve issues where Windows OS changes or policy files may block application functionality
Maintain and optimize the application setup within an AWS environment
Execute regular patch upgrades and manage the underlying Windows OS dependencies to prevent system challenges
Apply DevOps methodologies to streamline application deployment and maintenance processes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Windows OS Administrator
Hands-on experience with the Worksoft application is highly preferred
Familiarity with managing Windows-based applications within AWS
Strong ability to troubleshoot application-to-OS conflicts and resolve complex technical blockers
Deep understanding of Windows environments (Note: This role is specific to Windows and does not include Mac support)
