Client Communications & Operations Coordinator
Finish Pros is a high-end furniture refinishing and upholstery company serving the Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill area for nearly 25 years. They are looking for a Client Communications & Operations Coordinator to focus on client communication, content writing, and administrative support, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities
Write blog posts and website content focused on furniture refinishing and upholstery projects
Provide clients with project updates during the production process
Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general customer service
Help maintain a warm, professional client experience from start to finish
Assist with scheduling, client intake, and project coordination
Learn our internal workflow from estimate through delivery
Support invoicing, deposits, and basic QuickBooks tasks
Work closely with the office manager to learn day-to-day operations
Communicate with sales, production, and management to keep information flowing
Assist with documenting projects and internal processes
Step in where needed during busy periods
Qualification
Required
Strong communicator
Strong writer
Organized
Detail-oriented
Dependable
Enjoys learning how things work and asking questions
Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and email
Wants a role with room to grow, not just a short-term job
Preferred
An interest in design is a plus!
Experience in communications, marketing, writing, customer service, or office administration is helpful
