Responsibilities
Research, investigate and resolve customer discrepancies, complaints and payments
Assist customers in opening new accounts, reconciliation of their accounts, and account transfers, loan draws, and pay-downs
Applies customer payments on the loan system to conform with terms of the loan documents
Act as liaison with various units responsible for providing service to the commercial customer including but not limited to the processing of loans, payments, financial analysis, statements, etc
Pro-actively seek information from clients and prospective clients to understand possible changing situations, needs and desired benefits, communicate information to relationship officer
Ensure respective databases are accurate and up to date for customer information
Compile data and generate management reports as needed

Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent, combined with two years of customer service background
Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
Writes clearly and informatively; provide good documentation
