Responsibilities
Validate businesses and leads through higher-level research and analysis
Support market research and competitive analysis
Conduct cold calls and build relationships with business owners exploring exit opportunities
Lead 60-90 minute conversations with company owners
Support deal pipeline development
Tool adoption tracking across Linear, Notion, and Otter
Documentation maintenance and process updates
E2E testing of new flows and pages
Data hygiene and Notion board management
System onboarding support for new team members
Manage Instagram and Facebook content with light graphic design (Canva required)
Create Instagram posts and captions
Manage regular drip content
SEO and caption strategy awareness
Manage physical outreach mailers (packaging and printing)
Coordinate communications for high-profile webinars and events
Support digital and content marketing initiatives
Keep all deal documents organized and in order
Ensure nothing slips through the cracks during transactions
Manage Notion boards for deal tracking
Support transaction coordination team
Keep office organized
Manage provisions
Book travel for team
General administrative support
Qualification
Required
Natural conversational ability with adults — 80% of skills must be innate
Task-based testing required during interview process
Sample cold call required; top 3-4 candidates interviewed by Tyler Sells (CEO)
