Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, debug, and document complex applications using C# (.NET), Blazor, and SQL
Develop and enhance front-end and back-end web applications using HTML5, CSS, C# .NET Blazor, SQL, Stored Procedures
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Collaborate with systems analysts, architects, and business teams to validate requirements
Support and maintain existing applications through issue diagnosis and resolution
Migrate legacy standalone databases to modern interactive platforms using Oracle DB
Conduct research and analysis to enhance application functionality and performance
Recommend and implement improvements to application development processes
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher
4+ years of experience developing web-based software applications
4+ years of experience with .NET/C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Stored Procedures
Strong experience with Oracle and SQL Server
3+ years of experience working in Agile / SDLC environments
Experience collaborating within development teams across SDLC phases
Experience presenting software demos to stakeholders for design approval
2+ years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
1+ year of hands-on experience with C# .NET Blazor
Preferred
Experience migrating applications from Java to C# .NET Blazor
Knowledge of responsive web design best practices
Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards
Prior experience working on government or enterprise applications
