Responsibilities

Coordinate relocation and immigration case kickoffs for new hires and employees
Partner with program managers to support domestic and international relocation workflows
Coordinate questionnaires, document collection, and required notices with immigration and relocation vendors
Track timelines, milestones, and risks impacting employee start dates
Provide responsive, high touch support to employees throughout relocation and immigration processes
Manage a shared inbox and ticketing system by triaging, assigning, and escalating requests
Maintain accurate case data across internal systems and vendor platforms
Monitor immigration and relocation vendors against SLAs and proactively follow up on action items
Support immigration reporting, audits, and documentation efforts
Assist with scheduling calls, collecting signatures, and distributing required notices

Required

4 or more years of global mobility coordination or related experience, with exposure to both US and global workflows strongly preferred
3 or more years of experience supporting domestic US and international relocation processes or managing relocation vendors
General familiarity with common US and global work and business travel visa types
Experience managing immigration case management systems and supporting immigration workflows
Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to navigate HRIS systems and interpret offer letters
Comfortable working with confidential information in a high volume, fast paced environment
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and build subject matter knowledge in relocation and global mobility

Preferred

Hospitality, hotel, concierge, or service industry background
Experience working with relocation management companies or immigration vendors
