Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with the ability to meet targets and generate results
Experience in conducting Training sessions and educating clients about products and benefit solutions
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment in Bellevue, WA
Preferred
Familiarity with insurance products and services is an advantage
