Realty.com is a fast-growing real estate technology company focused on building scalable, data-driven sales systems. They are seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their growing inbound demand by qualifying leads and setting up demos for the sales team.

Responsibilities
Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email
Have structured qualification conversations using the provided scripts
Identify customer intent and route leads appropriately
Set qualified demos for Account Executives
Track all activity accurately in our CRM
Follow daily call, activity, and quality standards
Stay focused, organized, and consistent throughout the day
This role involves a high volume of outbound calls to inbound leads. You will be on the phone daily
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking on the phone daily
Ability to follow scripts, processes, and daily activity expectations
High level of organization and attention to detail
Consistent work ethic and reliability
Coachable mindset and openness to feedback
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn CRM tools
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call-center environments
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Interest in pursuing a long-term career in sales
