Brand Partnership Manager
The Wishly Group is one of the fastest-growing creator agencies in the B2B space, and they are seeking a Brand Partnership Manager who will grow into the future Chief Talent Officer. The role involves managing top-tier and emerging creators, leading negotiations with brands, and advising on growth strategies across various platforms.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Act as the primary career advisor for creators
Build long-term growth plans (not just next deals)
Help creators transition from content creators → business owners
Guide positioning, audience strategy, and monetization paths (think courses, communities, books, consulting, affiliate stores, etc.)
Build deep, trust-based relationships
Advocate for creators internally and externally
Navigate difficult conversations when needed
Lead negotiations with brands
Structure smart deals (bundles, retainers, licensing, exclusivity, etc.)
Price creators based on value—not vanity metrics
Balance short-term revenue with long-term brand equity
Own revenue outcomes tied to your roster
Advise on growth across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
Identify trends early
Help creators build scalable revenue systems
Translate platform insights into business outcomes
Help build Wishly’s talent management infrastructure
Create repeatable frameworks for creator onboarding, scaling, and retention
Track creator performance, renewals, and long-term KPIs
Attend shoots, activations, events, and off-sites
Be present in creator ecosystems
Build real-world relationships
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years in the creator economy, talent management, influencer marketing, or partnerships
Experience working directly with creators or talent
Deep familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
Strong business instincts
High emotional intelligence
Comfort having tough conversations
A long-term mindset
Proven experience managing or advising creators
Strong negotiation skills
Understanding of creator monetization models
Comfort owning a revenue quota
Excellent communication
Organized and structured
Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S
Strong judgment
Preferred
Agency or talent management experience
Experience scaling creators into full businesses
Understanding of cohorts, communities and newsletters as revenue drivers
Experience leading or building teams
