Responsibilities
Responding to maintenance requests and handling any necessary repairs in a timely manner
Performing inspections and routine maintenance on fixtures and equipment, including light electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and grounds work
Keeping appropriate documentation of equipment inspections, problems and repairs
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience with building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, landscaping, etc.) is required
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
Familiarity with hand-held tools and maintenance equipment
Ability to work independently and complete task lists with efficiency
Physical strength, dexterity and stamina to lift and maneuver around equipment, and walk or stand for extended periods
A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Preferred
OSHA 10 training is preferred
