The Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and processing financial lease changes resulting from landlord invoices or changes initiated by New York and Foot Locker Europe Lease Administration via our Lucernex lease administration and accounting system.

Responsibilities
Ensure all changes are in compliance with the lease and are in line with internally established thresholds
Run queries to extract information from our PeopleSoft accounting and Lucernex systems
Post entries into the PeopleSoft and Lucernex systems to facilitate accurate payments to the landlords
Ensure that all appropriate reviews and approvals are obtained for all changes to lease financials
Review and reconcile landlord billings/statements to actual payments made
Communicate with landlords via phone and written correspondence
Ensure open lines of communication exist with all Real Estate areas, globally
Must be able to read and understand lease language
Use translation software to assist in review of billings from European landlords
Must be able to work well with fellow associates/ be an integral part of the team
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associates degree or equivalent from college or trade school, or 6 months related experience and/or training
Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills
Demonstrated experience working independently as well as in a team environment
