Responsibilities

Responsible for all loan files submitted to post-closing thru purchase
Auditing underwriting packages prior to shipping for data integrity
Ensuring that all Federal and applicable State Compliance Regulations are met
Collection of outstanding pre-purchase conditions
Customer Contact with respect to loan servicing
Meeting delivery time/dates
All other duties as assigned, your responsibilities and duties may change over time
All employees are responsible for being familiar with and able to recognize common fraud scenarios or outright instances of fraud and reporting any reasonably suspected fraud to his/her direct manager and the AML Officer
Conducting thorough loan file reviews:
Organizing and prioritizing loan pipeline
Meeting delivery dates
Multitasking on a daily basis:
Customer service skills
