Responsibilities
Lead the evolution of the core platform as it scales across multiple states
Own the multi‑year product roadmap and partner with executive leadership on state‑expansion strategy
Translate regulatory and customer needs into actionable product requirements
Work closely with engineering to drive modern cloud‑native architecture, oversee platform scalability, reliability, and security, and prioritize technical debt and modernization
Shape data models, support analytics and machine learning, and ensure quality, compliance, and privacy across state implementations
Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, data, UX, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality increments and ensure successful customer adoption
Engage directly with state agencies and partner organizations, communicating roadmap changes, platform capabilities, and deployment readiness
Qualification
Required
12-16 Years of experience
Product roadmap
Data strategy and governance
Modern cloud-native architecture
Experience in public sector or multi-stakeholder environments
7+ years of technical product leadership
Deep understanding of cloud architectures and distributed systems
Experience scaling SaaS platforms
Strong data fluency
Excellent communication and execution skills
