Senior Sales Executive
RightCapital is seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Sales Executive to be an integral part of their sales process. This role involves managing a personal sales pipeline, mentoring a sales pod, and collaborating with various teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities
Manage a personal pipeline to achieve individual sales goals
Assist mentoring the Sales Pod to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals
Develop and implement effective strategies to demonstrate our solution to qualified prospects
Collaborate with the marketing and SDR team to align messaging, target markets, and pipeline management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes, data accuracy, and CRM system utilization
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to inform the sales pod approach and messaging
Assist in creating documentation of best practices, scripts, objection handling techniques, and other resources to optimize the sales pods success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to different audiences
Results-driven mindset with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets
Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor team members
Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
Strong understanding of financial services, financial planning, and investment products is highly desirable
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and lead management processes
Understanding of Sales Enablement Tools (e.g., SalesLoft, DiscoveryData, RingCentral, Zoom) and standard Microsoft Suite
