Talent Acquisition Specialist - Engineering & Technology Focus
Hyper Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on Engineering and Technology. This role is responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent across various technical and corporate functions, partnering closely with HR and hiring managers to meet workforce needs and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles
Partner with HR Generalist and Director of HR, on role requirements and workforce planning
Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry pipelines
Build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
Screen resumes and conduct interviews
Coordinate interviews and feedback
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Support employer branding initiatives
Participate in career fairs, recruiting events, and internship programs
Partner with leadership on recruiting content
Ensure compliance with employment laws
Maintain ATS records
Track recruiting metrics and improve processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3–6 years of recruiting experience in the engineering, technology or manufacturing space
Full-cycle recruiting experience
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency
Must have ability to work from our local office Monday through Friday normal workday hours
ATS experience
Payroll platform experience
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Experience recruiting technical or manufacturing roles
Multi-state compliance exposure
SHRM-CP or PHR certification
