Responsibilities
Conduct research using internal systems, databases, and external sources to support audits, compliance requests, and operational projects
Draft clear and professional responses to audit inquiries and document processes or findings
Assist in testing department controls and follow up on remediation actions
Support corporate and departmental policy or guideline work, including research and drafting
Work with high school and college interns: support onboarding, mentor guidance, and training
Maintain and organize knowledge assets in SharePoint, Teams, or other platforms to ensure compliance and accessibility
Assist with department communication, reporting, and learning materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Library Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
0–3 years of experience in research, operations, or audit support roles
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to learn new systems, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Exposure to procurement, supply chain, or indirect sourcing
Experience in mentoring or training interns or junior staff
Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) or healthcare operations
