The Certificate Specialist supports broker teams with certificates of insurance (COIs), overseeing client accounts and ensuring satisfaction with COI services.

Responsibilities
Service clients daily COI needs
Work in a collaborative environment with your book of accounts and team accounts
Assist with special projects, renewals, and client requests
Review insurance requirements and contracts and apply to COIs
Coordinate with broker teams on specific requirements/requests
Communicating with clients and developing healthy business relationships
Maintaining client expectation of 24-hour turnaround time, and communication when the TAT is not possible
Assist with special projects, renewals, and client requests
Perform other COI or team related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Ability to work 10am – 6pm EST (or some variation of later hours)
Qualification
Required
Exceptional time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Service oriented with great attention to detail
Interpersonal skills – enjoy working with people, internal and external
Strong analytical skills
Ability to learn new systems and software – and jump between them throughout your day
Willingness to learn and take direction from others
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Ability to work 10am – 6pm EST (or some variation of later hours)
