Responsibilities
Review and refine job descriptions for ongoing roles and internship opportunities
Post and manage listings on job boards, internship platforms, and social media
Review incoming applications and assist in screening candidates
Track applicant progress using our applicant tracking and onboarding systems
Schedule and participate in group interviews and info sessions
Maintain candidate communications and send follow-up messages
Assist with onboarding paperwork, training modules, and system setup for new interns or team members
Support team culture initiatives, collaboration spaces, and people operations workflows
Qualification
Required
Interested in HR, recruiting, organizational psychology, business, leadership, or related fields
Strong communication and writing skills
Organized, dependable, and responsive
Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Airtable/Notion, or applicant tracking systems (training provided)
Able to work independently in a remote environment
ENTHUSIASTIC about an opportunity where the benefit is not monetary but is instead training, work experience, community impact, mentorship, and (pending performance) professional recommendation, and potential future contract work
Passionate about community impact, nonprofits, or supporting mission-driven teams
