Responsibilities
Define and evolve target architecture roadmaps aligned with business priorities and industry direction
Provide senior architectural leadership for Asset Management platforms
Guide adoption of cloud-native services, data-centric architectures, and AI-enabled capabilities
Promote modern design principles, integration patterns, APIs, and scalable platform models
Contribute to enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices
Support architecture governance to ensure consistency, quality, and security standards
Collaborate with architecture and engineering leaders across global regions
Partner with product management and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technical direction
Identify architectural risks, technical debt, and modernization opportunities
Qualification
Required
12+ years in software or enterprise architecture roles in complex technology environments
Strong knowledge of financial services, ideally Asset Management systems
Experience working with globally distributed engineering organizations
Expertise in cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP), microservices, APIs, and data platforms
Familiarity with architecture governance frameworks such as TOGAF or similar
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders
Preferred
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Architecture certifications (TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect) are advantageous
