Performs financial, asset, and IS service management processes
The position will manage Telecom and network invoice actions, perform procurement and coordinate deployment of hardware and software, and maintain accurate asset record keeping
Invoice management, support other financial processes, perform procurement activities, asset management, and fulfill cellular device requests and resolve related incidents independently or through collaboration with vendors
Perform analysis, reporting, and documentation as requested
Qualification
Required

Invoice management, support other financial processes, perform procurement activities, asset management, and fulfill cellular device requests and resolve related incidents independently or through collaboration with vendors
Perform analysis, reporting, and documentation as requested
Understanding of administrative A/P workflows and Procurement activities
Ability to independently prioritize incoming demand and work in a high-volume deadline driven environment
Asset Management (software & hardware)
4-5 years of experience in relevant field
Industry Experience: IS related
Preferred
ServiceNow SAM/HAM (Must)
SAP Ariba (Nice to have)
