Responsibilities

Perform WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility testing and remediation for MDCR’s Sitecore environment
Remediate digital content across multiple formats, including:
PDFs
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files
Images
Multi‑format reports
Ensure proper accessibility techniques such as:
Structuring and tagging documents
Adding alt text
Establishing logical reading order
Maintain compliance with ADA requirements and State of Michigan Look & Feel Standards
Support Sitecore content updates, authoring, and design tasks
Collaborate with MDCR leadership on prioritization and task execution

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience with ADA/WCAG remediation
3+ years of experience using Sitecore Content Management Solution
Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines
Experience with ADA accessibility testing tools
Background in Sitecore-based web solution development and maintenance
Familiarity with accessibility best practices and standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills
