Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy scalable, secure, and resilient AI agents that integrate with enterprise data and workflows
Define development standards, governance, and best practices for AI agent implementations
Build multi-step, autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and independent decision-making
Create secure integrations (APIs, webhooks, connectors) between AI agents and enterprise systems
Design and manage multi-agent ecosystems where agents collaborate and hand off tasks
Translate complex business processes into agent-driven automated workflows
Implement authentication, authorization, and compliance controls for agent actions
Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve agent performance, reliability, and security
Partner with business and application teams to identify automation opportunities
Stay current on vendor roadmaps, emerging AI agent platforms, and industry best practices
Provide technical guidance, support, and documentation for enterprise AI agent solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of automation and software development experience
3+ years in customer-facing technical or leadership roles
2+ years working with AI tools and platforms
2+ years developing agentic AI systems
2+ years integrating AI agents with enterprise systems and applications
Strong experience building AI agents using platforms such as Google Agentspace, Gemini, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot
Proven ability to deploy and manage AI agents in production environments
Experience integrating agents with SaaS platforms, databases, and internal systems
Proficiency in Python and one or more of Java or JavaScript
Solid understanding of LLMs, NLP, reinforcement learning, and agent architectures
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries
Experience deploying AI tools at enterprise scale
Strong documentation and workflow design skills
Knowledge of secure agent design and access controls
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms
Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable
