Our client, HYR Global Source Inc, is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting Analyst skilled in developing reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI, focusing on report design, development, and support for various HCM modules such as HR, Payroll, and Talent.

Responsibilities
Develop and support Oracle Cloud HCM reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI
Build and maintain interactive dashboards with KPIs, prompts, and drill-downs
Write and optimize SQL queries for HCM data
Work with HR and functional teams to gather reporting requirements
Troubleshoot and enhance existing reports and dashboards
Support testing and maintenance during Oracle Cloud quarterly updates
Qualification
Required
8-10+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM reporting experience
Strong hands-on skills in BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI dashboards
Solid SQL querying and data analysis experience
Background in Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM (not EBS)
Understanding of role-based data security in Oracle Cloud
Not a functional consultant, architect, or lead-level resource looking for hands-on developer/analyst profiles
Preferred
Experience in higher education or public sector environments
Knowledge of AI reporting, Python, or Oracle EPM integrations
