Responsibilities
Act as a senior member of the Business Analysis team, providing professional advice and leadership
Lead and manage multiple phases of technical areas within projects or several small-to-moderate projects
Map, analyze, and improve full business processes, implementing technological/process enhancements
Gather and review business requirements; produce detailed business requirement specification documents
Conduct workshops to define business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Ensure complete requirement coverage through effective team communication
Apply and promote standard business analysis methodologies and tools
Perform needs analysis, task planning, process/data analysis, modeling, and logical database design
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Prepare, plan, and track project schedules, ensuring stakeholder alignment
Conduct training and build internal competencies within the team
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the manufacturing sector
Strong background with ERP systems
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with project planning, scheduling, and tracking tools
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical guidance
Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and awareness of emerging technologies
