Responsibilities
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location
Staff the front desk and manage access control by greeting and directing visitors, confirming identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining sign-in logs per site requirements
Monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and building communications; identify unusual activity and report concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, documenting actions taken, and assisting first responders as directed by post orders
Complete required reports and daily activity logs, document security-related events and tenant requests, and communicate pertinent information during shift turnovers
Qualification
Required
Be at least 21 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Preferred
Customer service experience is preferred
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred
