Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years of software, IT quality assurance space experience OR 4 years of software, IT quality assurance space experience if no post-secondary education
5 years of experience in the IT quality assurance space
2 years of supervisory or other leadership experience
Ability to travel domestic or abroad up to about 10%

Preferred
Prior experience or familiarity with Unified Functional Test (UFT), Selenium, or similar tool

International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certification
Passion for testing IT solutions
Experience driving quality deliverables
Previous experience working in a manufacturing industry
